Shadowmoss, you don't hae to "reserve" your trees, per se, however you may want to give Ed Speer a heads up to let him know you're coming. You can get his e-mail address from his website under contact (www.speerhammocks.com). It's looking like there's going to be a pretty good sized turnout for this one again.

And don't sweat it, someone there, especially Ed, is always willing to pitch in a hand and help with someone who's new to hammocking. We'll make sure you get hung right.

The Dinos will be coming over on Saturday for the day. Unfortunately, the elder who recently bought a HH will be on vacation that week so he isn't coming. I may bring the fellow with a Clark. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

lyleb... yep, the hot springs camp out is really laid back. and even when i hike i'm more laid back than a lot of folks.
i hike to camp more than camp to hike.

Welcome to the forums! A group of folks was organizing a small get-together in Alabama soon - maybe you can make that one. You can search the get-togethers folder for thread if you're interested.

Ed hosts about 4-5 SEHHAs each year.

Looks like Neo and his kids will be at my place Friday around 5:00 We will head out by 5:30 Central. We will stop to eat dinner some place and should be there by 11:30 Eastern time. Will anyone be up when we arrive??

I think Ed will have his big white tent up at site 413. Is everyone staying there or are there multiple sites.

Smithobx & myself are leaving Thursday 6:30 am, we will probably have a seperate site since we are arriving a day early. Look forward to meeting everyone.
