The Sluggard's craving will be the death of him, for his hands refuse to work.
It's an awesome design! Glad you took it off the shelf and made it. I really like that it's not an Asym design but the net fits perfectly like your other Asym hammocks. Just everything about it I think will work for most people who are on the fence about which hammock they want for whatever reasons. It has everything. Awesome!
Maybe I missed this but does the cover Come completely off?

Survival gear...ten White Castle hamburgers and my hammock.
Very impressive. (salivating)
"...the height of hammock snobbery!"
Both the net and overcover are completely removable. They are also reversible head to foot so that you can place the vent at either end of the hammock. Another feature shown toward the end of the video is the ability to zip it on one side or the other and throw it back over the ridgeline. Not sure if that came through clear enough in the video?

The Sparrow is available in 3 different versions: net only, overcover only, or both.
Here's the order page that shows the pricing and options.

Absolutely gorgeous design.
What is different from the Thunderbird?
The ThunderBird has a separating zipper on both sides of the hammock that starts at the foot end and zips all the way up to the head end.
The Sparrow also has separating zippers on both sides of the hammock, but they start on both ends of the hammock and zip to the center of the hammock. This makes it easier to reach the zipper sliders on either side and eliminates reaching up over your head to unzip the hammock.

What fabrics are those?
