    Dana Designs backpack

Dana Designs Arc light Glacier backpack

This original Dana Designs pack was purchased around 1992 and is one tough pack. I kept it in great shape and was careful with it. Cleaned and properly stored after use.
It's made of Cordura material, has two large bellows pockets on front, zippered sleeping bag compartment that has an internal shelf above the sleeping bag compartment that can be released making a huge toploader from top to bottom. Storm collar, compression straps, load lifters. Has two patches sewn to toplid, AT patch and Smokey the Bear patch. Great pack but don't use it much anymore. Want it to be used and enjoyed as I did.

    Asking $150 shipped in CONUS.

The older Dana Design packs are absolutely bullet-proof and will carry a heavy load more comfortably than many of the new light weight, high speed packs matched with a light load. My old Terra Plane will become a family heirloom.

2Q - what's the frame size? I borrowed one of these a few years back for a 100 Mile Wilderness Hike and I swear it was bigger than my first house...you could put 70lbs in there and still not fill it up!

You're making me cry and have second thoughts! I feel the same way but don't have the space nor the money to keep adding to the addiction without selling off a few things....ZQ is always commenting on my gear.

    It's a size L but a M hipbelt. Yeah it rides like a Cadillac!
