I second the vote to try hammocking during the day - picnic lunch, a book if she likes to read, a day when it is not cold... don't call it camping, just a long relaxing picnic.

LOL. Whenever this thread is the most recently updated one in the sub-forum, this is what you see on the page next to the sub-forum name:
How can I get my wife to...
No wonder everybody's taking a look! All the inquiring minds want to know the answer to that.
Last time someone posted this question, my favorite answer was something like, "Hang it in Hawaii."
Now she would like this. We could hang it across the cabin on the ship and she would never feel the ship moving when trying to sleep! Those pull down beds have rings attached to them that would work very well. Not sure where the steward would put the towel art though.

There are some wives out there who wish they could get their husbands into hanging.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
My husband wasn't interested at first, I got a few different kinds of hammocks. He seemed to like the integrated bug nets. I had a HH at the time so I gave him that, that gave me a reason to get a WBBB . We happened to be taking a trip up north at the same time the Smoke But hang was in NC. He loved meeting and talking to all the people, and seeing all the setups. That got him hooked and decided he needed an WBBB XLC. He started picking out fabrics for tarps and other projects that he wanted me to sew for him.
