My local coffee shop has the very large burlap bags available that the raw coffee beans come in. Raw beans have no odor. I have sewn zippers in the end and they stand up tall in the corner of my room. This takes care of my investment I have made into staying warm. Good luck finding the rest of my gear

Thanks! our stuff was in totes and it just became such a pain to find everything. We got lucky and found an outdoor store going out of business and we were able to capitalize on the sale of the fixtures. I am finishing up the room and hope to have a new thread showing the transformation of the room into a gear storage and DIY center. Here is just one quick picture of the desk being built. It is made from the stretchers from industrial machinery pallets and covered in about 1/4in (6mm for y'all across the pond) of clear epoxy. The desk will be a place for the sewing machine and other DIY needs.

I don't have a whole bunch of gear but the small stuff is in one of those shoe keepers that hangs over the back of the bedroom door. Grab and go!
I refuse to be old! Life is too short to sit on the couch!! Let's go hanging!!

Well, whether I'm normal is questionable, but I'm feeling the same things!!

(less on the anger side, much more on the envy side)

I have XL Rubbermaid storage bins that are labeled with what's inside. Some are car camping, some are backpacking and some are hammocking. Sleeping bags are stored in XL laundry stuff sacks from REI.
