Just have to add my 2 cents worth.... Hammockgear is awesome to deal with. I phoned in to get some information on a top quilt a few years back and I spoke to Adam. He asked what temps I would encounter on my hammock adventures and made some recommendations on what I needed and some new fabrics that they had on the way. I was quite impressed that he took the time to find out my camping conditions and not just sell me what I asked for at the time. I waited about a week for the new fabrics to arrive for my quilt and it was well worth it. Thanks to all the gang at Hammockgear.
    Take care,

I met Adam, Jenny and their family in person. I was passing through and they let me in after hours and gave me a tour of their well laid out shop. Great people, the type of family you'd want to hang out with at a Sunday BBQ. So many companies have lost sight of "The Customer", and are focused on bringing the money in. So many companies say, "We'll just get new customers", I know, I've worked for a company like that. Hammock Gear is their polar opposite. For me, service is King and Hammock Gear is at the head of the pack keeping their existing customers happy and spreading the word.

Keep up the outstanding work Hammock Gear team.

Yep. My original burrow and phoenix are still perfect after 2+ years guys! I spread the word whenever I can. I sincerely hope they make a million dollars.
I love buying quality USA made products!

    Which one did you get?

Quality gear at a fair price, what's not to love?
My Incubator 20 is a decent bit of gear and if I decide to splash out on a quilt for warmer weather I'd have no hesitation in getting an Incubator 40.
    Whoever regretted buying quality?

I felt the same way when I first got my burrow. Then I used it! It's amazing how that thing collects and holds heat.

    I love mine.

Threads like this one are the exact reason that Adam and Jenny got my business for my first UQ. The value of praise from satisfied hangers about HG service and quality sold me on the product, and I have never seen one of their quilts. My TQ will be ordered from HG also, solely based on the great reviews from this forum. I wanted to email or call regarding the time frame for my UQ but with the holidays I know they are busy, so I will be patient. I can honestly say that I am crazy excited about my first UQ coming soon.

===> Agree with all the high praise! Just received my fourth (fifth?) Quilt from Adam and Jenny - a long and wide 0° Burrow with max overstuff, in Woodland Camo. My 20° Burrow couldn't deal with the -5° below at our NEHHA Winter Hang last year, and I had lent out my other 0° TQ, so I needed another. The quality is unparalleled, took only three weeks during this heavy season for them. Many other businesses and industries could learn a lot from our HF Cottage Vendors!
