    Integrated Insulated Hammocks

These are two DIY insulated hammocks that I recently made as prototypes. I have already sold another through PM.

Both require a head left and feet right lay. More photos and comments can be seen on this thread.

The first utilizes 3oz climashield insulation. 11ft long made with 1.1 oz poly ripstop - Khaki as hammock body and dark olive membrane for the under quilt. The membrane is used just on the outside. Black Blanket Binding for edges. Integrated Knotty Mods on left head and right foot end. Adjustable openings at head and foot end of the integrated under quilt. Stuff sack included. Comes with amsteel loops and cinch buckles. Ridgeline organizer included and fixed ridgeline. 15ft straps available for additional cost. $155 CONUS. SOLD

How much do each of these weigh without straps? I'm surprised the second one hasn't sold yet. These are amazing prices, and they look like fine hammocks.

I am so new I don't exactly understand. Is this a hammock and an under quilt for winter camping? Or a hammock and you ad your own under quilt? Is this all I would need for winter sleeping other than the obvious top quilt/bag and tarp?

I'll take it, very intrigued. PM incoming.
It is a very alert, active sheep, with a stylish, lively carriage.

I use a Juki & Pfaffs w/ assorted attachments, and have serviced lots of vintage machines. Any questions?
