I will start loading this afternoon, and if all goes well I will be there well before noon. There is just something about that place that puts you at peace, could be the hammocks. I'm with lazybee, just to sit around the campfire with good company is a wonderful thing. I hope several first timers make it, I do enjoy seeing folks get excited about hammock camping and checking out all of the gear they may only have read about.
If you prepare for failure you will probably succeed.
We're gonna make either a breakfast or dinner for the day one arrivals...not sure yet...we'll decide and post before Wednesday!

The good vibe from this group has made sure I'll be checking in Thursday, might stay through Friday night but I have to be back in Marietta on the 19th for my nephew's 1st birthday. Shaping up to be a great weekend

I'll see y'all Friday evening (will be dark when I arrive) probably around 6:30 before I get there after work. It's going to be a good night for a warm fire.
