A homemade soft fleece neck gaiter, in a camouflage pattern.
Sewn in a tube that stretches and easily slips over your head to keep your neck toasty warm, similar to a Buff. I use one for my morning bike commutes to work. It's one-size-fits-all and measures 9 in. x 9 in. when flat.

To clarify, other neck gaiters on the market are single layered, but this is a tube that is sewn around twice, so it is DOUBLE LAYERED. And it's long and stretchy so it can be pulled over your mouth for increased warmth.
