No parking lot for Browning Hill but there are lots at both ends of the Nebo Ridge trail. At the north trail head, the road may be used for overflow parking with the stipulation that everyone has to park on the same side of the road.

I know there is no designated parking on the short cuts, to either the Holllow or the Henge. I was attempting to make that clear. We really shouldn't even be considering them. Far too many participants and growing.

For the record. The ONLY designated parking lots, and both are limited compared to the fire tower, are at the North (Story) Nebo TH, and the South Nebo TH.

I wanted to revive this thread, as I now live in the Bloomington area. I'm really close to the Deam and such. I am finally going to attend a hang with you guys, however, I am probably going to bring the lady and be on the ground. Her and I don't have hammock gear, yet, and are staying on the ground. I wanted to make sure that was okay and we won't be shunned ... ?!?!?
    I believe good gets better.

Sounds like a plan...Got the date set on the calendar, and awaiting on the final location.
Again, road parking for the hill ( or you can park at the North Nebo ridge trail and walk ) the hollow has tons of parking on both the north and south Nebo ridge trail.
There is also another parking area for the hollow that is less than a 1/4 mile. Bonsihiker parks there from time to time.....

You are more than welcome to come with a tent. I'll be in a hammock, but my wife comes with me and she'll be in a tent, so you won't be the only ones there.

    Looking forward to meeting you.

I am interested in the spring hang; I have never done a group hang and would like more information, including how to sign up and time/place for meeting. Also, are there any issues with me bringing my dog (a Shi tsu)? Thanks!
