What to do with 11 yards of 36" wide nylon/polyester taffeta??

Scored 11 yards for 8.19 at a local thrift store... it definitely has a silky feel but stretches little bit.. only its 36" wide.. so that immediately eliminate most hammocks unless I do multiple section width... soo what do I do? In the store it looks like Grand Trunks dark greenish blue but at home it def looks more dark royal blue ... due to the width of the fabric.. I am unsure what to do??? I dont think it is waterproof at all.. but..thoughts of a heavy tarp with 36"wide sections is making me nervous haha. Are there 3-section bridge hammocks out there??

Get some mineral spirits and a tube of clear silicon, then make silnylon. Use the 36" pieces as the lower sections of a two tone tarp.

Leak proof up top because there's no seam.

Hmm. Thats an option... its a little heavier than 1.1 though. I wonder if it would make for a decent synthetic UQ/TQ fabric....might need to figure out the sewing pattern for a climashield filled snugpak styled underblanket or go a diff way and do an integrated climashield UQ for 3 seasons with the ability to add/stack a 2nd UQ for winter.. at the very least it would require 2 panel width but given that its already around 36" wide.. that could make it able to have a differential size compared to the fiancees GT UL hammock body...

36" is enough width to make hammock chairs/gear slings.

Make a cover (integrated instead of net) for a hammock.
