Hello Camping Nut, Great choice. It has my favourite Color and fabrics!! I looked the order up on the website. Do you have pictures in the wood? How about going Stealth?
I have read you have experience with the Warbonnet Blackbird XLC 1,7 DL.This was my first choice before I read about the Sparrow. Would you be so kind to compare them for me?
Please tell me more why you choose this hammock, fabrics and colors. If possible can you tell me your height (I found your weight in a post ).

Good day..... I actually have a Dream Hammock Thunderbird in Marpat for going stealth, but, will probably be ordering another sparrow in a camo pattern for stealth camping, as I really love the build and comfort of my sparrow.
The hammock was my choice after ordering a WBB XLC 1.7 DL..... I just could not get comfortable in it.... Its a great hammock, just not for me, and the now ex-wife, who won't go hammock camping.... LOL
As for the color, several of my friends told me, "You need to step outside of your comfort zone", as just about everything I own is camo, or green, or black, or some subdued color.... LOL...... So, I had a friend of mine help pick colors and I absolutely love it!!!!!
I am 5 foot 7 inches with about 56 inches or so around the shoulders...... and the build is perfect for me... no shoulder squeeze, and plenty of room to stretch out.
