    Incubator questions

Looking to pull the trigger on an Incubator during the sale. I rarely go below 40° F when camping but since a 30° would be custom I'm think of going with a 20° just to be safe.

I'm 5'4" can I get away with using a short? Also, other than weight what's the difference between the two fabric options?

    Thanks!

    Happy Thanksgiving to all!

just how much cover do you want or need? are you a hiker, car camper, or other? if a hiker do you carry a sit pad or pillow? at 5'4" i would think that you would have nothing to worry about if you went with a short incubator. i'm 6'1" and use a 73" "short" incubator that covers from just below my heals to the top of my shoulders / bottom of my head, i also use a pillow. i've no help with the fabric options.....

I'd like head to toe coverage. I both hike and car camp. I don't typically use a pillow or sit pad.

Get the 20 degree for sure. It's the most versatile UQ, and will cover all of your temperature needs with no need to worry. If you do a hike in temps that are a little colder, or if it's windy, you'll know that you're ok. At 5'4", the short would work fine.

I have only owned an UQ in the Argon 90, so I don't I don't know if there is any appreciable difference between that and the Argon 67? I bought based on the color I wanted. My HG TQ is over 5 years old, so not the same fabrics that they use now. I've had no issues with down leakage with any of the HG fabrics. I don't think that I'd avoid the Argon 67 if it was the color I wanted.

I use a short and I'm 5'10" - covers from my shoulders to heels. I use a thin pillow for my head. I would thing a short fits you perfectly head to toe.
