I had to login to bushcraft USA to get the info, but the date is January 21st to the 24th. Last years location was Hoist Lakes. On my radar but already seeing a possible conflict....

I'll keep an eye on this. Unfortunately this year looks pretty boring for weather. Much warmer and drier and usual.
Usually I wouldn't trust the forecasts, but with the strongest El Nino in 18 years, everyone is calling this one. Bummer! I want some BIG snow.
I think the week later date might help us if the winters going to be warm .
Same sight as last year which is carp lake in the hoist lake wilderness area .
I think Vince measured eight or 9/10 of a mile last year from the parking area.
I may be in if it fits in my schedule and we get some cold weather.
