That is cool! Thanks for sharing.
It's not survival gear, it's just a bunch of work
Hmmmm ... I have a white 1.9oz nylon ripstop hammock that needs some color. Thanks for the instructions.
That is really, really awesome looking! Thanks for posting.
You should try to work on your stitching and see if you can make it straighter
Lol. Sarcasm of course....
I wish my DIY stuff looked that good. I can make stuff pretty well, and it holds up fine, but I sure can't seem to make it look that **** professional!
Nice work man
That looks awesome. I will have to try this. Thanks for posting how to do this.
Few more examples of Tie Dye for the crowd.

Pink 1.9 with Cherry Red RIT Dye
IMG_0017.JPG
White 1.9 with "Lemon Yellow" "Aqua marine" and "Cherry Red" RIT dye, dyed one color at a time in that order.
Followed formulas and soak times from OP. With one exception: when doing the tri-colored piece, we only left a portion submerged in the red dye, instead of sealing in a baggie.
We're purposefully trying to avoid the spiral design most people attribute to tie dye.. we're tying everything without guides, seeing what works.
You're certainly not going for stealth, are you?Very nice work!!
