Yes, I cut my ccf pad in a mummy shape with really wide shoulders. The problem with that was the wrinkling that was uncomfortable and required quite a bit of wrestling effort.

i cut my pad with a mummy shape with wide shoulders and then cut two slits inward around where my but is and it seems to work really well
Tear drop shape works great for torso length. No crinkles. For warm nights when packing light I use an inflatable torso that is tear drop shaped and if needed a 1/8" ccf under it. Full length tear drop shape and width to protect the shoulder and hip area may be a problem. I cut an Oware pad down (see photo) still wrinkles in the shoulder area, but you don't really feel it. I think the best option is probable a Speer SPE or clone.

Wow, Koaloha05, your mummy/tear drop shape is much prettier than mine.
My wrinkles were in my shoulders in the HH. I don't feel any wrinkles since I put it between the layers of my BB.
