    I don't see why centering the tarp is such an issue, unless it is raining and the tarp goes up first, just center it on the hammock. Figure-nines work for me. I just install some snakeskins on my Macat, I'm thinking I'll like them.

    I never had any trouble last year but Clint, another hanger that went did. He asked me to help him come up with a faster setup. I like what we came up with so far.

    You can also accomplisht he same thing with speer no tangle line and prussics for the tarps, you use toggles with the prussics or biners if you prefer.

    I have not had that kind of good luck with the Speer No Tangle line. But that would be my second choice.
