Looks like I'll be a return from last year. Had a ton of fun last year and will be bringing a few others again hopefully this year. Right now I'm in with a +1 potentially a +3. Do we need to put our orders on the pizza doc or can we opt in on Friday before the order goes in?

I talked to Dogger this weekend at the Hoist lake hang, he is in for the weekend also.
I will put him in the pizza list.

I will bring the water pots and extension cords for them, and 2 water jugs to fill them with.

Water must be kept in them or they burn up. KEEPING THE POTS FULL WILL BE THE GROUPS RESPONSIBILITY.

I am going to call pizza orders in on Thursday this year. Based on the number of pizzas that we order and the popularity of Chuckwagon (it has been voted Michigan's best Pizza), it can take a very long time to get the pizzas cooked and out to us. Not to mention the money collection can get to be a hassle. It will just be easier to have it all done before hand and everyone will know what their cost is before we all get there.

Yes! To make these events a success, it takes everyone pitching in a bit. Helping out with water, keeping the fires going, cooking food etc...

Many people bring their own gear to help out with all of the festivities and make us all a little more comfortable, which they don't have to do. So be respectful of their gear and thank them for all that they do!

The State Park cuts us a great deal for all of us to stay and they allow us to spread out wherever we want. So, make sure that we all clean up after ourselves, help keep the site clean and be good ambassadors when the locals drive out to see the nuts hanging in the trees.
