New hanger from Bama. Use homemade hammock from table cloth that my brother made. Works really good. All hiking and hanging so far is out in the Sipsey Wilderness Area. Trying to stay light weight but not a gram counter yet but I may be before I hit the AT. Got a Deam Hammock ordered for Christmas. I went with the Free Bird in 1.6 hyper D XL material. I would like to learn to make my own eventually.
Welcome to the party! There a number of hangers that are very familiar w/ Sipsey. Make sure you keep an eye out for the next group hang in the Bama area.
