It's not the fall im scared of, it's the sudden stop at the end!!!

I hope you guys have some winter weather. So far it's been more like May weather this year.
Let's hope the snow is flying and no RAIN! Had enough of that stuff at the fall fest. I'm hoping to get up there early and do some hiking with you fine folks. Not sure yet if LoveDr will be able to make it this year. Can't wait to be up there again amongst friends!

Fall seven times, standup eight. -- Japanese Proverb
Cant wait i will bring some tarps if we need extra!!
Its a good day to be out in the woods no matter the weather.Mist One..
I'm hoping to make this hang all the way from Michigan. I'll register on the spreadsheet once I know for sure. =)
Need some assistance from you winter vets please. As a newb, and considering the potential for just about any type of weather, would someone check the logic of my sleep system and back up emergency plan.If this wont potentially work, I still have time to scrape some more disposable income together. I will test a couple of times prior to hang but concerned about our current moderate temps.
Sooo, my diabolical plan is to run an LL 20 TQ and 3/4 UQ, both 850 HD with 3 oz overstuff. I'll also run Dutch's Argon winter sock. In addition, I have a Klymit Insulated Static V Lite pad which I can add. I believe that its rated at 5,1 or 5.5.
And finally, if I start singing Frozen in the wee hours of the morning, I'll drag the whole mess back to the truck and grab 0 degree sleeping bag that I have taken down to 0. It is a sauna at 20 or above. It weighs as much as a small compact vehicle but I thought it wise insurance with vehicles nearby.
Does this plan give me a reasonable chance of comfort, or am I playing with fire (or lack thereof) ?

There is a big difference between warm enough not to die and warm enough to be comfortable. - Grumpy Squatch
