Bought....again. But this time I'm giving it to the GF. I bought my first one about 2 years ago. Worked well over my 9' hammock. Still haven't tried it on my DIY 12' foot hammock. Hoping there's enough coverage to stay dry.

Picked up one of these inexpensive tarps. I figured I would turn it sideways and see how well it works over my Luke's 90 degree hammock.
I have one too. I love it along with my snakeskins. It works great with my hammock setup, but yes, ditch the stakes it comes with and get better ones and also maybe the guy lines.
I just bought one also. I have a kelty and a tadpole but like a lot of u I figured for 25.00 how can u go wrong. I hung mine the day I got it and it rained that afternoon. Let it up all night and the next morning everything was still dry. Replaced the guy line and the stakes. Love it!
Bought the Walkabout tarp and the Mosquito XL hammock on Woot & slept in it Friday night. Used my new Hammeck stand, HG UQ & TQ. My HH (primary hammock) is at 2QZQ for the zipper mod, so testing this as a back up was ideal. Between the hammock & tarp for $47, you can't go wrong. While not my choice for my primary hammock, it is a great addition to my collection for a back up or loaner. Will figure out a way to spread out the two netting lines a little so it's not so close to me when I sleep.

It's actually a ground cloth for my Kelty TN2 tent. It now pulls double duty as a ground cloth for my hammocks! It's perfect because I can stake out all four corners and it isn't going anywhere.

can't complain for $16.99. it held up to 15mph gusts (says NOAA) on a little test set up over my dutch 11'. for the value and being a loaner or fair weather tarp i'd give it a 5 star.
