I modified the original Spiders so the fit a wider range of thicknesses of webbing. So any webbing 1.1 mm or thinner now works, that is most 1500 pound or less webbing. Here's you link...

What width webbing? I have four 2" straps on my vertex and this would make set up time a lot quicker. I have 1" webbing on my WBBB XLC, I'm assuming these are good to go for that?
Work on Kevlar?
No Kevlar is too soft and bunches up too easily.

I don't like Kevlar for buckles. I find it twists and bunches up too easily. I know it is light but it isn't rigid. Also buckles seem to break down the fibers quickly and the stuff is not inexpensive. So personally I don't use it and professionally I don't recommend it because it doesn't represent my products well. Kevlar works great as a Hugger and with the Marlin spike hitch.
