Question for MAC user with login problem

We have a MAC user that can not get logged onto the web site.
They have typed in there username and password correctly but it keeps telling then it is incorrect.
The user has cleared there cookies and that has not helped either.
I have logged in as this user on my PC laptop and had no problem logging in.

Is there maybe a MAC user out there that has experienced this or might have a solution to this problem.

tell them to try a different browser. if they are trying safari, from which i am posting now, try chrome or firefox.

this isn't a mac issue; rather, it's not an issue peculiar to macs, i don't think. something in the packet sent from the browser is being rejected by the server.

on the server end you can try deleting the user completely followed by a re-admittance. sometimes that'll do it. it sounds more like a server issue than a client issue.

edit: i must ask; how experienced is the user? more often than not, case sensitive issues are the cause of this.
