    Echoing Chaaaz's comment. I can't wait!

This is going to be another great event!! I've been outside cutting mass quantities of firewood, like as if the apocalypse was coming!! (I got a new chainsaw for xmas) So I haven't been on the forums too much. This is easily my favorite hang, with so much to do in Maine we always seem to run out of time. Thank you Tom for hosting us again, everyone loves your place! We are looking forward to the lobster bake this year. Justin is working on some great raffle prizes. I'm working on getting us t-shirts, and the sign-up sheet will be posted soon. So stay tuned because this year is shaping up to be the best ever!

I'll be doing the raffle again.. Already have some sweet donations from some of the same vendors as last year.. and I'm approaching a lot more this year.

Ava can't wait to see you all again, keeps asking when she can see Chaaaz and Ali

Gonna beat Alex to the punch.. and say: Here's the sign up sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing If a Mod can move it to post #1 please (and make sure I have sharing set up on it correctly.)

If anyone with more GoogleDoc- Fu wants to add calculations for attendees and all that, please do. And try to keep it up to date, as I'll be using a combination of this sheet and the Facebook event sign up to tell vendors how many people are attending. Currently, I'm looking at 12 people, including 4 children, in my group.

I'm looking at setting up the raffle while the lighthouse tour is out, and starting when they return, should allow us to start a lot sooner.

Also, I was asked a few times if next year we can allow people to write on the back of the tickets so they don't need to be present for the drawing. Any comments on that?
Hoping the raffle girls will still be willing to help with the drawing.

Initials on the back of tickets seemed to really speed things up at the winter hang. Of course verifying the ticket number is a must, but this identifies the potential winner a lot quicker than everyone scrambling to check all their ticket numbers. As for being present for the drawing I suppose it isn't mandatory, but shouldn't it be encouraged? If half the folks are off somewhere else it might take a lot of the excitement out of the raffle.

If it moves, you can eat it. No promises you will think it tastes good.
