    Top quilt teaser.

I didn't see a thread or find an answer regarding .... What do you do with the draw string at the head end. There is no pocket or place to tuck it. It's like sleeping under a cat teaser.31ifzlcrmmL.jpg does anyone have a clever solution.
    - I have tucked it in and if I pull my head under the quilt its in my face
    - If I sleep on my side it creeps down my back or gets tangled up in my arms
    - If I leave it on the outside its in my face.
It's just there all the time. Need a fix that will keep Mr. Creepy as I call it at bay and not ruin my TQ or my sleep.

I personally never found what to do with the cord. I eventually on my personal quilts just quite putting a cord in around the top. No different than a normal blanket at home.....Just ditch the cord, tuck it in around you the way you want and cary on with sleeping just like you do at home, without a cord or squeezed in edge bugging you. Well, I wouldn't pull my head under the quilt, unless you just want to saturate your TQ with condensation from your breath. I never even tighten the drawstring, so I don't know it's there.

    I've never really noticed it.

I pull it in the quilt. If I tuck my head in I guess it ends up outside.

Like Shug I like to draw it in...sure helps keep the cold out by keeping the quilt tight around my shoulders and neck.
Have not noticed it in any way thus far

I think we all have a love/hate relation to the pull cord on the top quilt. I leave it non drawn 70% of the time and when it I do l lay it down the side of the inside of the quilt.

I don't have a top quilt yet, and saw that on a video and saw it would be an issue right away. I found myself questioning why it's in the centre anyway? Why is it not pull-able at the end i.e. corner of the quilt, instead?

On my DIY top quilt I put the drawstring opening in an offset position so the string is over my left shoulder. It seems to be a bit less obtrusive this way. Maybe you could sew a bit of velcro to or around the end of the drawstring and the matching velcro to the outside of the topquilt away from your face.

If I tighten it at all, I don't do it very much so there isn't much cord hanging. In the middle? Mine comes out both corners with cord locks on each end.
