Wow, a month earlier. So does that mean we need to change the hang name? We are not even close to Halloween now.

I know. I thought of that, but its been the Great Pumpkin Hang for 3 years now. It could be the Green Pumpkin Hang rather than Great Pumpkin...

I've got to make it to this hang sometime. The area is one of those that gave me my love for the outdoors. My family stayed at the Cardigan Lodge (I think that was the name) for a week once when I was around 10. We actually tented and just got our dinners in the lodge. I'm not sure I can make it this year since my son will be a month from aging out of scouts (likely scrambling to finish up the Eagle requirements - fingers crossed), but replying to keep it on my radar.

    Alexandrialand Flamin' Pumpkins Hamg....?

We might as well be honest here. We know we're to torch those suckers off, regardless of when the hang's scheduled.
We could move it to July, and we would still want to burn up a couple of pumpkins...

===> Yup. Could be any month. July? Flaming Watermelons or Cantalopes. Maybe we could have more hang date flexibility if we called it the Alexandrialand Flaming Fruit hang. Then again, we might end up with the Village People attending.
