    Superfly issue

I'm a little bummed. I was messing with my gear in the back yard today, when I noticed a problem on my SF. It appears the fabric is pulling away from the grosgrain RL binding at one end. I e-mailed Brandon and just waiting to hear back from him. It's right at 2 years old now. I'm hoping it can be fixed, as I have a hang coming up in a few weeks.

I had a similar issue about a year ago with my cloudburst and Brandon made it right without much work on my end. I posted a similar thread and said it was probably time for another tarp and Brandon had me ship it to him and he restitched it and it has been fine ever since.

All things good using warbonnet equipment.

You got that right. He got rewarded at Christmas time. Bought my wife a ridgerunner, spindrift, cloudburst and I also tacked on two surperfly's for my kids.

Got a response back this morning, asking if I could send the pics. They responded back within 2 hours of sending the pics, saying it was under warranty and gave me the address to mail it to. Awesome service!

Deal with members of this community and you get good service, that's how things go.
This is a good example of why dealing with the respected forum vendors is worthwhile, I know I felt safe giving Warbonnet Outdoors a bunch of my hard earned dollars.

thumbs up on WB quality products and service!
As of this afternoon we are now a 100% WB camp (WBBB/WBRR 2xWBSF) after selling our two Amok v3s, fun as they were...we just needed to trim down to basics in our gear pack.

    : ) Thom

On a silly note, I forgot it was Super Bowl Sunday, posted in the for sale thread and they sold while the game was on. This FORUM and peeps/vendors is TOPS.

and... : ) when I ordered my wife's WB RR yesterday (Sunday) I thought we would see it shipped in a week or two and were happy with that idea...I got to the mail this afternoon ~12:30 and there was a shipping confirmation from WB. Crazy fast.
