Here are two of my cf tarps on the scale. The lighter of the two is the HG CF standard w/o doors, fully rigged with 30 foot continuous ridgeline, 6 foot line on all tieouts and 1/8 inch stretch cord for the pullout lines (you could do without this and save some weight). The heavier of the two is the HG Winter Palace, fully rigged and with cf snakeskins.

Wow, CF would cut my tarp weight exactly in HALF! But I just can't do it!
That if why I got one a few years back after a hike on the AT.CF would cut my tarp weight exactly in HALF!

HG Standard without doors? They don't make such a tarp. Wouldn't that be a Hex tarp?

Yeah, using the standard cf without doors and a dutch hexon 1.6 with whoopie suspension and kevlar straps, I've cut my hammock, suspension and tarp system down to just under 23 ounces. That's hard to beat.
