Well just finished two new insultex underquilts, top is diamond ripstop, fill is two layers of insultex and inside lining is taffeta , did one in black/yellowand the other in grey/yellow with compression stuff sacks for each, they weigh in at just a pound and a half each in the sacks. I think they came out well too. Let us know how they work out for you. Its been a while since someone has posted a thread about using insultex.
