NJ > Batona Camp>2/13/16 Nice Weather Hang

It's gonna be somewhere between 0* F and -15* F this weekend and I've reserved site #5 for 2 people at Batona Camp. If you want to join, holla.

Bacon, eggs, coffee, tortillas, cheese for breakfast. I'll probably have a sub sandwich Saturday night.

Bring your own water - I don't think the pump will be working.

Windchills to a possible -20º, actual ambient temps in the sub 0º range.

Definitely an excellent chance to test gear.

    You making salsa?

Plenty of fresh pine for firewood along Carranza on the way in. Was out there Sunday and someone had started cutting back all the blowdowns from the big snow.

Will cut up some of that on the way in. Also have some prime uber dry locust and oak.
