It is shelving from the same local place I got mine. You can find it online if you Google Wallgrid. It is pricey though so try to find it at a store going out of business.

Some very nice set up here.

I have a room dedicated to gear, and other things, but I don't have a ton of gear. I have two packs..., a day pack and a multi-day pack, one hammock, one tarp, one underquilt, and one topquilt. The rest is other backpacking gear and clothing.

The other half of the room is for another hobby.

    Life has a melody.

I like totes and closets to keep dust and the occasional bug out of my gear.

Maybe it's just my house, but after a month it looks like someone hit it with a sack of flour. I even got the "dust reduction" 3M furnace filters. Just gotta keep up on that cleaning I guess.

I agree Markr6, I have the same issues with my stuff. I can't complain I have free run of the entire basement for gear, hobbies....etc. I need to get my stuff more organized before I post a pic though.

Yeah, not a bad start. I'm sure with some modest improvements over time you'll get by... /sarcasm

Wow, and I thought I was organized! This is an old kitchen cabinet without doors that I mounted above the freezer in my garage. Sleeping bags and pads and hammocks etc. are stored up on top. Smaller gear is organized in the storage bins. My backpacks are hanging on coat hooks in a closet.

Originally I tried just storing most of my gear in my backpack, as someone else already suggested, but I found the storage bins much more convenient for me as my gear selection varies depending on whether I'm hiking, backpacking, car camping, or mountain biking etc.
