Allright, I know this is worthless without pics, Ill get them up after dinner.

I made a whoopie sling out of the 3/16 Amsteel Blue. And looking at the bury entrance and exits... They are noticeably more deformed compared to the 7/64. Im wondering if the derate of the line due to a whoopie sling applies more to the larger diameters.

The 3/16 is a 12 strand, like the 1/8 and up. So essentially, and please someone correct me if Im wrong... But your stuffing more line between the strands on the larger line than on the smaller.

Re-test on the 7/64 whoopie produced the desired results.

It gave at the exit of the adjustable bury and at 1676 pounds.
