Different ways to setup WB Superfly?

Looking for some different ways that people set up and use their Superfly. I set up mine in regular A-frame doors closed and porch mode this weekend. It was OK I need to figure out the right length and angle of the guidelines to make everything tight. Still a little worried about over tightening guidelines and damaging the tarp.

Shock cord (bungee string) will make easy work of that. It allows you to crank down on it, without worry of ripping it. And it keeps it taunt throughout the night as it strretches too.

Wow that looks like some serious shock cord. I only used a small 6" loop of 3/32" with Dutch fleaz on the corners and 3/32" x 24" on the doors with Dutch tarp door hooks.

    Nice.

I am using the standard Zing It ridgeline with Flies. For the guyouts, I spliced about six feet of Lash It onto four Tarp Worms that have shock cord to prevent sagging. I also constructed a pole mod.
I never pitch my tarp in porch mode, but that's not to say I wouldn't. I like the extra security I feel with four sides closed in, and I normally hang in colder temperatures anyways.
I do have a photo of my SF pitched in porch mode for a summer hang about two years ago, and it was pretty sweet. There was calm weather and I was in my backyard.

This is from back when I was still using pink mason line guyouts, a twenty foot length of poly rope for my ridgeline, and the prussic clips from my Hennessey Exped. Wow, how I have progressed.

    Porch mode.
Have shock cord on the tie outs with Dutch fleas, makes set up too easy.

Seems to be a lot of options. Does anyone have photos using it when having to go to ground? Or setting it up with hiking poles?

I don't want to lay on that dirty hard ground... But I would rather be ready to and never do it rather than need to and not be ready.

I laughed... Then I was sad because your comment made the dirty ground that much dirtier and hard. Laughter was followed by sadness.
