    Ridgeline Fan

I hammock camp in Honduras and a bug net is a must but adds to the oppressive heat at night. I need a good (and hopefully reasonable cost) solution for air movement. I have not found any hanging fans that look like they will work well. Anyone have a fan they use hammock camping? CPU fans? Looking for any/all suggestions as 90 deg and 90% humidity sucks...

Thanks for the link, Squid. I'm going to go pick up one of those pocket fans and rig it to the Ridgeline with some rechargables.

If size isn't a big concern, Computer fans run off 12 volts, so you could probably get away with running 18v w/2 9v batteries.

I've got one of these, and I love it. I can lay it on my chest, or hang it from the ridgeline. Intake and output airflows are perpendicular....
