I sleep on my right side and prefer feet left head right. I have one hammock that is the other way and sleep fine in that also, but it took a little while to get used to it.

I sleep on my stomach in bed. Have never been a back sleeper. Got into hammock camping a few years ago and it was definitely an adjustment but I sleep sooo soundly on my back in the hammock. I love it. As soon as I get home I'm right back to my stomach.
I sleep on my side in an eno and don't generally have any issues. a pillow of some sort does help things line up right for me - I just use a wadded up jacket.
Trueblue,
I sleep on my right arm side in bed. But I found with my "normal" WBBB with footbox on the right (while lying on back in hammock) if I try to sleep on my right my face is in the "wall" of fabric on the shelf side of the BB. If I turned to my left side, the lay was much more comfortable with my face towards bug net (not in it). The plus to facing the netting is "fresh air" plus a sense of not being enshrouded, which I like. However, I don't like sleeping on my left arm side and was only able to stay in that position for a short time before shifting......
SO I sold my "Normal" WBBB and had Brandon at Warbonnet make me a "Lefty" hammock. With the lefty, the footbox is to the left (while lying on back in hammock) and the bug net is on the right. This fits my preferred sleeping arrangement MUCH better. Note that the WBBB xlc is VERY roomy so my face is never against netting or fabric. Also a big perk to the "lefty" is that I can hang side-by-side with my wife in her WBBB "righty" (the normal BB) under 1 tarp, head to head, with BOTH our zippers/entrances facing one another.
Long story short...for me and right arm side sleeping, the "lefty" WBBB is downright perfect.
Kendo
Very good explanation. Thanks
I like my gathered end for side sleeping. I sleep feet right about 60% of the time. Depends on how you sleep in your bed; if you sleep on your left side the most, the get a hammock with feet to the right. I find that a bridge hammock makes it harder for me to curl up.
Another thought on the side sleeping - something between your knees can really help too. . .
