7,697 square miles of secret canyons, mountains, rivers, high desert and very few people. Home of the Jarbidge River, The Owyhee River and mountains, Silver City (one of the counties largest silver deposits and mines) millions of head of cattle and near as many rattle snakes. And six wilderness areas, including where we were.

He shot this video in one take. I was impressed.

These pads are thicker than I thought and very light weight. Like Paul says they are perfect for taking a break along the trail.

Paul, it amazes me that you can hike out of that canyon and shoot a video and not be out of breath.

Great video production. I have similar product and they are great to carry and very light.

The pad was awesome. Took it on our first ever hammock backpacking trip, and it worked great in my footbox to insulate my lower legs, plus it fits almost perfectly in the Stansport folding camp stool I use (the one Shug carries). It also is small enough that it goes under the cover strap of my pack and doesn't stick out on either side.

Kudos for a great little folding pad.

Have a list now of stuff to order for us for Christmas!! These pads are on the list for sure along with UQ's, TQ's, etc. I noticed you got into tenkara too! Awesome! I just ordered a kit to build one. I build custom furniture, so I will be turning a fancy grip for it. It appears tenkara is PERFECT for backpacking!! I am so excited to get back into backpacking after so many years out of it. The equipment has gotten lighter too which is a bonus. And of course the hammock deal is amazing! Tired of sleeping on the ground. Can't wait to hang next year with our own hammocks. Borrowing one for July trip.

Picked up one of those pads with my last order.. love it. Use it every time I go out.
Yes, my pack weighs 70lbs, but it's all light weight gear....
