The baffle design ended up looking great on the finished product. 16 oz of down; loft looks amazing; packs down that small.... I might be sold on 950fp in the future.

    Nice work my friend.

wow! nice looking quilt! i like the baffles. is that kind of a semi chevron cut for the baffles? how well do they keep the down in place? so, when do you start taking orders?

New lacing method for an infinitely adjustable foot box with micro cord. Simple light and flexible.
Allow for different shape and width foot boxes

I've thought about doing the closure system like that before. Let us know how it works out for you! I've got a new quilt build coming up in a couple of weeks.

    The lacing is great,
Works a treat, also has the advantage of when you tighten it shortens the foot box section so adjust to any length.
Also the laceing itself can be put on any of the loop so the length of the lacing can be adjusted.

Add the final bits, very thin 1mm bungee cord to the upper section so its adjustable and elasticated around your body and stays there. Also hugs your shoulders no need for straps and stuff. Added loops for secondary suspension in hammock underquilt mode.
Added a kam snap neck closure.

Nice build! I tried the closure method you've got but your's is spot on, mine certainly didn't look that great. Well done sir.

Your stuff sack appears to be inside out- is that on purpose? Just curious.
