How would you attach the supershelter if you replace the ropes with webbing. The SS attaches to the main line with prusiks.
Where would I find the dutch clips and webbing combo?
Thanks

I have an Expedition with webbing/cinch buckles + SS.
I ran the original ropes from each end of my hammock to cinch buckles using a double larkshead, tied a stopper knot back on the rope, then cut off the excess rope. Webbing then runs from the cinch buckles to the trees and attaches using carabiners.
This leaves a bit of original rope at each end. To hold the SS, I do just as shown from some HH videos I saw. They use a zip-tie to attach one of those small plastic clips to the rope. The line on each end of the SS goes into the clip. Repeat at the other end of the hammock.

I can try to take pictures of my setup tonight...if that helps.
Thanks,
I had to assume that was my answer. I have been using the ss for the last 2 years and had suceess to a certain level. I'd like something a little easier but since I have it that is what i will roll with.
So my next step to make easier would be webbing and dutch clips.
Is there a one source point I can get all 3 clips, rings, and webbing? If not what is the cheapest easy to get place for each?
