Insulation Comparison

My Jacks R Better Greylock 3 underquilt in its stuff sack next to my Big Agnes Lost Ranger 15 sleeping bag. Pretty big size (and weight) difference - I'm looking to make a topquilt as soon as I can.

Great comparison. A high quality top quilt is to a Big Agnes bag what the Big Agnes bag is to something like a Walmart Ozark type brand. All will work but temperature ratings, pack sizes, weight and small features all start to make a significant difference - especially when backpacking.
