I have no idea what an ounce of fuel looks like.
Can is about 1/6th height at 355ml std can so about 55ml.

By all accounts its a very long time but most have 16 .8mm or 1mm holes.
We have a very limited variety of Ali cans and bottles to choose from here. Red Bull small bottles and camping flasks.

I like the wider variety so you have a stable potstand built in.
The holes are on the outside and the neck is forcefit inside the base upside down.

My coin stove was posted on HF but a moderator moved it to an area that only "donating" members have access to.
Photo in the dark so you can see the flame jets.

Dog bones are awesome little life savers. I haven't needed one that long but find myself using one almost every trip.

Now, I could use a couple of short D-bones for strap extensions, tnx for another project!!
Zilla, the 104" d-bone was for my version of a SLS. I now own a 104" dog bone!
Piknchikn, they are easy to make and will be useful. In the past I just used two bowlines in the ends of short lengths of amsteel. Dogbones look better.

We seem to have a fair bit of alum. cans here...in Virginia they don't charge a deposit for them so the ditches in some areas sadly become a resting place for them. That's where I found the alum can for my fancy feast stove.
