    Not a problem big enough for me to slash my wrists over. I was just a little confused about the situation. One of the best business practices an entrepreneur can adopt is to make it simple and easy for people to buy your products.

    Not everyone out there myself and others are comfortable with a website. Some are self administered and I noticed Stormcrow over the years are helping him out. I am sure he is doing his best.
    There was an Old Man with a owl,
    Who continued to bother and howl;
    He sat on a rail, And imbibed bitter ale,
    Which refreshed that Old Man and his owl

    No biggie. I'm not aware of other sites (could exist, though) under one parent company who offer combined shipping, nor the ability to buy from "sister" companies on one order.

    Seems like there may be some overlap with the two sites, and some items may need to be offered on both sites (for example, the quilt hooks mentioned by Hangingout earlier).

    My big concern is that a second site means a possible second addiction. Like offering a first cigarette to an alcoholic.

    I think diversifying makes good sense. I bet there are lots of tent people out there who DIY and this would make things easier for them. Opening up to new markets will make Dutch more successful and in the end bring us great products at a great price.

    Of course if his business model doesn't succeed us Canadians who have been stockpiling Dutch gear will be selling our holdings at market savvy prices (translation, really high prices).

    Conspiracy? Heck, yes.

    Was just looking for the bridge whoopie hooks. Not on DWG but on MYG. I'm thinking of getting a few other things and having one or two dutch bling items not on the main site is odd. I understand if it's not a Dutch specific item but the TI and other things he has Developed should be on the main site, IMHO.

    These kinds of questions could easily be directed to Dutch himself through the contact form on his site(s). Then you would have an answer from the man himself instead of speculation on a forum.

    Maybe the MYG site is so new they haven't had time to fully integrate it yet?

    I don't know and neither does anyone else but Dutch and his elves. Ask him. He is very customer service oriented and will do what he can to help you out.

    In the meantime just order some more bling to help overcome your anxiety issues. Works for me!

    A link to the other site on the Dutchwaregear main page would be a nice convenience, and would probably get him some more business as well. I'm a Dutchware customer and didn't even know about the DIY site until very recently.
