Went up this weekend with a couple of buddies for a backpacking/fly fishing trip. Were not disappointed... What beautiful country it is. Hammered the wild brook trout (all released) and found some really beautiful scenery. Already planned out next trip out. So much fun. Weather could have been better on Sat and Sunday, but no better way to try out my new DIY tarp than heavy rain.
Looks nice. Any links to information on the area? Parking, trails, fishing spots?

We parked on Hammersley Rd right off of Kettle Creek Rd (Rt 144) and hiked the Hammersley Fork stream up about 2-3 miles to camp. I believe the trail name is the Beach Bottom Trail and was pretty well traveled. There were another 2-3 camp sites we saw before and after ours, but the one we stopped at was pretty well setup with a fire ring, cut stumps to sit on, etc. There were trout all throughout the waters up there. We fished near the cars as well as 2-3 miles in multiple directions of camp and found fish everywhere.
