    Hello from Tulsa!

Thought I'd finally drop in and say hello.

I mostly do car-style camping with Boy Scouts, but more of the guys I know have been getting into camping with hammocks the last couple of years. I finally made the switch and it only took one night to make me a convert.

I've got a trip planned in a couple of weeks where I'll be spending a full week in the hammock. So, I'm looking forward to that!

One of my buddies told me to check out this site and Shug's video's. Both have been great resources and I'm already planning several DIY projects for the summer.

Welcome, I love Tulsa, spent 10 years there. Enjoy the hammock journey. Go big and skip the work arounds.

Give me stone silence said the deaf man,

HEY!! Another Oklahomian! I may be doing a trip or two up by you (I'm in OKC). Maybe we could do a trip together in the future.

Welcome! Hammocking with the scouts is a ton of fun. Comfortable - and always a conversation starter with the scouts and other adults. Lots of opportunities to spread hammocks to them as well!
