Does this get rid of the CBS (Cold B*** Syndrome)? I have used static guard dryer sheets with fleece pullovers, they seem to help a lot.

Very impressive work Jerry. I love your design!Here's a few pictures of mine. Same polyester ripstop material as animalcontrol for the bed material with a 1.1 nylon ripstop second layer. The finished size is also 58" x 132" and I used a 112" ridgeline.
This thing is extremely roomy and comfortable. The extra 12" of length makes a world of difference(to me anyway). The second layer is so I can try adding some foot end insulation without it being inside the hammock. I might also try experimenting with some full length Insultex between the layers. The bugnet can be unzipped and rolled up along one side.

I'm about 220# right now and it holds me just fine.
Warbonnet recommends a 220# limit for 1.7oz ripstop nylon...at 1.9oz, this should be a little better

This should be plenty strong for a hammock. The issues with a 1.7 or even 1.9oz nylon if you are in the 220 range isn't strength as much as it is elasticity. The hammock body will pinch you more if it stretches under your weight. Polyester doesn't stretch as much as nylon.
