    Half-wit help!

I just received my Half-wit, and while I think it's awesome, when it arrived the shock cord with cord lock that adjusts the height of the bug net was not attached to either the net or the ridgeline. The piece that slides up and down the ridgeline was still on the ridgeline, the shock cord was just not attached. Can someone with this hammock please take a close up photo of this connection and post it for me? I put it back together, but I'm not sure I did it correctly and would like to compare.

    Thanks!

I don't own this hammock, but perhaps this video on the Half-Wit by Shug may help...

Yup, that did it! And for the record, I had reattached it wrong. I'll be fixing the straight away! Thanks for the help kitsapcowboy and of course Shug!

No problem. I look forward to hearing your impressions regarding your new Dutch Half-Wit. That hammock has been on my radar as a lightweight alternative hammock to stash in my truck. I hate mosquitoes!

Sounds like the same thing I had with my hammock. There are some photos towards the end if you need help with it still...
