The park is hammock friendly and can accomodate up to six hangers per site. The caviat is just two cars per site. There is overflow parking nearby. The park has a 1.5" strap requirement but double wrapping the tree counts.
Costs
There is a $7 fee per car.
Each site is $20 per night, all paid on the honor system at the campground. If we group up with around 4 hangers per site, that works out to $5 per person a night.
The sites are on a first come / first serve basis. This time of year the park is fairly empty.
There are several hiking trails through the park and other things to do

Meal planning discussion is welcome. Last year we had potluck for Saturday's dinner. The food was out of this world (sorta like a nova).
In years past the temps have been in the 20s and last year we were in shorts. Welcome to VA weather.
