Anyone have feedback good/bad about using the LST with a bridge?? I'm thinking this might be a better way to pack up my WBRR now that I got a Lynx and down TQ. I usually pack my gathered ends and tarps in snakeskins anyway and I prefer this setup over the regular double-ended warbonnet stuff sack. I'm hoping to pick up some trash compactor bags this week so I can jam the whole setup into the bottom of my pack and keep it dry without all the stuff sacks.

I'm only slightly acquainted with bridge hammocks, so forgive me if I'm incomplete in my knowledge.
I use my Lazy Slug Tubes as a "skin" for my complete, pre-setup, gathered hammock sleep system.
[that is: quilts, pillow, sleep clothing, structural ridge line attachments (light, music, etc...)] everything I would need while in the hammock that I would not need while hiking.
The 2 things that, I believe, would need to be addressed are spreader bars and underquilt.

    1. The bars would need to be carried outside of the LST.
    2. The UQ would need to placed inside the hammock, w/ top quilt and other sleep items.

Other than those slight changes, IMHO, an LST will work very well with a bridge hammock setup.
And you will probably be able to set your sleep system mush faster than the current method.

The Lazy Slug Tube really helped when hanging from my boat. I would slide the tube over my hammock, quilts, etc. and keep condensation and water from the bottom of the boat off my sleeping stuff. Hanging the hammock and quilts all at once was much easier to set up than individual hanging. I stayed at this marina in Steinhatchee, FL for $8.00 per night.

Well, I did get some, and here they are:
Look how I staked my trekking poles at an angle to offset my Hammock quilts, pill, and UQP all off to the side so I have room inside during the snows. My Oold man winter from marty with pole mod ate the snow for breakfast.

Cool pics of the sailboat and the snow camping.

Just ordered mesh Lazy Slugs as I'm in love with skins. This additional convenience might be just the thing.

Nice video! I appreciate the education on the LST, another option to consider. Thanks!
