I am trying to find some 1" cinch buckles with the tri-angle end. like the ones AHE used to carry.

I am not looking for Ti, light weight, high dollar, etc, just basic tri-angle 1" cinch buckles.
Thanks,

Can you do without the slides? Warbonnet sells 'em that way, on continous loops.
We and WB quite carrying them years and years ago because the manufacture of them changed the grade aluminum they were using and the began failing testing at way, way under any sort of reasonable load. Even if you find them I would not recommend them as a viable choice for hammock or any weight bearing application. That's why we worked out the newer style buckles, much stronger, a fraction of the weight and size.

Thanks for the heads up on that,,, they seamed to have disappeared all together now.
The Ti custom jobs are more than I need, and not really filling the void

Got to love the response from the source
The ones sold by AHE and Warbonnet are available without webbing. Two triangular pieces per end that function like a pair of rings only BETTER. I too wish the older aluminum cinch buckles were suitable. I had a similar conversation with Paul some months back. Too bad, they were very nice looking.
I've considered biting the bullet and getting the ti ones. Heck, it's only money and I'd only do it once. I'd be tempted to tether them to some Whoopie Hooks and let the buckles stay with the webbing. (I like separating my straps from the hammock when I pack up.)
I just got a set from Warbonnet so you can order them here: https://www.warbonnetoutdoors.com/product/1-buckle-set/
