I can't remember the name of the hammock-they are making it in eastern North Carolina I think????
If/when you have both zippers open will the PeaPod work on it?
Just curious because this will give more options to folks with those pieces of gear.

Eagles Nest Outfitters (ENO) hammocks are made in NC. They might be who you are thinking of.

He's referring to the Switchback, methinks.

Switchback is made in eastern NC...
PeaPod won't work if the net is attached.

that's it the Switchback.....looking at one of the pics of it with the netting rolled up an cinched i was thinking a peapod might work, that there was enough room for it go go around the hammock with the netting up and out of the way...we need an experiment.
Can't you just turn the Switchback over and enclose the net in the pea pod? OK, I'm new so what do I know? I just ordered a Switchback. First hammock for me!
Welcome out of lurkerdom!
On most hammocks like this, the netting is a long as the ridgeline - which is much shorter than the length of the hammock body because of the sag. So if you turn it over so the netting is on the bottom, you'll be stretching the netting quite a bit. Not recommended.
But, based on my experience with the PeaPod and other hammocks (i.e. not the Switchback), I think the netting would NOT interfere with the PeaPod if you zipped the netting out of the way on both sides.

IMPOSSIBLE JUST TAKES LONGER
...as charged. Been lurking since a kayaking friend showed up at camp with an ENO outfit. That and the total deluge received at Nantahalla River, NC last fall convinced me I am done with the ground.

Well last week I put a Yeti on an HH and a Snugfit on a WB and a Mt.Rogers under a BMBH and etc. etc.
I think it's good to know all the possible combinations. Some might think a PeaPod will only work with this or that.....each has a pro and con.
