I called Story Inn today. They said there is a field across the street from the Inn. The owner may allow us to park there for a small fee. The Story Inn sounded upbeat about it. I should get a call soon about it. That would solve the problem almost as well as Dplant's suggestion. I will let you know when I hear.

What kind of role is this youth hunt day gonna play? Are we gonna be on public hunting land? I'll leave my turkey replica backpack for another trip I guess.

If somebody could contact the land-owner across from the Story Inn, it would likely make an ideal location for us all to gather and park.

It is a 40-minute drive from the Walmart in Columbus just to get to the park, and I really don't think it would be fair to ask a member to do a bunch of shuttleing just to find us car-poolers. (1.5 hour round-trip just for one trip qualifies for cruel & unusual punishment. I wouldn't want anybody to start their weekend out like that.)

I will gladly pay $5 to park near the Story Inn.

Parking Is Settled. We Can Park On One Side Of The Road Only As Far Off The Road As Possible As Overflow To The Parking Lot At The Nebo Ridge Trailhead. Y'all Come, Now.
